This drawing combines stories from the Michigan Iron Industry Museum in Ishpeming, MI, the Cliffs Shafts Mine Museum in Ishpeming, observations and sketches made inside the Quincy and Delaware Mines in the Keweenaw Peninsula, and sketches made from photographs in the Michigan Technological University archives.
